How to make useful Yahoo! Pipes.
How to use Facebook to most advantage.
How to audio podcast for cheap.
How to videoblog using a digital camera (typical pocket camera).
How to ego surf with Technorati and Google Blogsearch.
How to add widgets to blogs.
Hardware, software, whatever! I've already done a podcasting and videoblogging one. The laptop-to-TV idea isn't bad. Definitely some hacking of Apple TV.
how not to be a dork on your youtube videos
how to creat good smart playlist on itunes
how to video-edit for free
how to be compleatly open surce
how to make you own real size battle star galactica ship.
how to get free album artwork on itunes (without a itunes store account)
how to make your printer work properly the day befor you need to give a school paper
how to convert a normal person to geek
how to be a geek in 5 steps
how to realize you are not an RPG personag character
I second the whole computer-tv thing - what connections are ideal, what sort of video cards etc... I know it's possible, but I have no idea how to do it.
And this is prob totally specific to me, but - when Sony's NW-A808 comes out, a prizefight with the Nano would be sweet.
About the TV-Computer idea - if you do this, make sure you debunk the whole cable myth i.e. you really don't need to buy $100 cables - the $8 one is just as good!
