jaiku and twitter have very similar APIs charholly9. seems like one or the other's server is always doing something unexpected. had tons of jaiku issues last week. looks like its twitter's turn today. i just know that TwitKu users think i'm the culprit ;-)
Veronica: 1) i think the general consensus is that streaming your twitter is not a good thing. 2) your twitter friends don't see your jaikus, and 3) twitter @responses are confusing when they appear on jaiku. 'course this is just mho. u should try TwitKu and see the diff yourself. 'course try it after twitter gets over its current "issues" ;-)

People don't use jaiku because the point of twitter is it's texts, sms. Jaiku is application intensive and online. proprietary

jaiku is more akin to a traditional forum. twitter is more like irc. both have their advantages and uses.

I use Twitbin for Twitter on the left side of the browser page, and then on the right I have Jaiku... best of both worlds.
